Setting a precedence for harassers,cyber-bullies,hackers and developers!

I've been harassed and hacked by so called neighbors "just outside your window" friends "I'll be there in 15 minutes" and others " You will regret saying that to a Wicca before" This harassment all started in September 2014 for me That was when my brother a Long Beach Police Officer was killed in a single car traffic accident. The day he was buried I came home 'San Gabriel Valley' area fell asleep woke up a few hours later to "Your brother was a piece you are a piece of @#$% your sister is a piece of @#$% and your mom is a piece of @#$%. And you shall surely die just like your brother did you piece of @#$%! We are cop-killers cop-haters and Devil worshippers. Your brother Richard was using my computer in the school we were going to and we want it back. Once we get it we are going to finish our work on these apps-programs compile them sell them make more money and then kill you. Which will it be we can do this now or later. So being the procrastinator that I am I choose later. Wouldn't you? So since that day it's been a daily event. Almost 24/7. In 2015 I was sarcastically told that " isn't it weird that we can now access a car remotely and take complete control of it. Hahaha" by a Chuck Cooke. I really didn't make sense of it until later on much later. As time went on I was told of these crude and elementary games that they host online. And that it's up to them who plays regardless. Frustrated he walked walked away it was until later about 6 to 7 months later I went by his pad and upon leaving he told me welcome to his world. Finishing but not collecting the gate money he would pocket everything. Then I have been accused of walking my dog intoxicated ( my dog doesn't drink that much) to stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars from my mom's who is now 93 years of age. To raping my neighbors the neighbors family the neighbors gardeners wife the pharmacist and so on and so on. To having been the one who killed my very own brother. I've looked high and low for documentation to back up my claims. I've been waiting on replies from General Motors for quite some time now regarding recalls of 2014 corvettes Richard was clocked at doing over 150 down the 710 fwy at rush hour. He never had a speeding ticket and he has had some great cars and motorcycles. For instance like right now @ 10:40 am March 16 I am being bothered harassed by these people j can hear them with and without a Bluetooth device. 4 years back I told them that I've been getting really bad headaches migraines as a matter of fact from them And they inturn replies" I don't care about that as a matter of fact I could careless if it kills you!" Our wifi both att FiOS 1000 and house done have been hacked along with us being profiled monies have been taken from us! Upon saying that "prove it Danny" and "snitch" are being repeated over and over By I believe Chuck c and David Ortega just a few doors to the west of me at 910 Ross Ave for the sack of anonymity. That's a big line. I called GM the local authorities the FBI to file reports and they all assure me This story gets more bizarre as time goes on I told some local people I know and others I've met because they just happened to be outside at the right time and set up some provisions with them just in case the Big Bad Wolf kills both me and my mom before he and those involved are caught and start doing a lengthy prison term. I was also told it was a "this is your life" I've told them it's their life. This is just the begining of the "Never Ending Story" by Charlie Brown. And also those of us who happen to be on the right side of the laws of this Great Country of ours , I'm sure I'm not alone I have rights also and I'm fully backed by the Federal Local and State laws.
